How do I change the time of a smart meter installation?

My landlord has only informed me now that they can only be available to open the box until 15h30.

My landlord has only informed me now that they can only be available to open the box until 15h30.

Hi @Johncee - thanks for posting!

The engineer will likely have a full schedule for that day by now. Unless the landlord is able to get there during the appointment time (or give you the key to access the meter yourself) we will need to cancel this appointment and rebook for another date.

Ask them and if we need to cancel, drop me a PM with your account number, name and DoB.
