How can I get my overpayment back?

I was overcharged by boost for over 800 days although they paid the overpayment back they put it into my account there has been no mention of compensation for this serious mistake , does anyone else feel the same

I would like to know if the amount returned because of your mistake was the exact amount overcharged or did it include any compensation
