You're right, we don't issue bills to Pay As You Go customers. Your water company may be able to assist and send you a copy of your bill with them.
If you specifically need an energy bill, please call our team on: 0330 102 7517 - they're available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. They'll be able to advise further regarding your query.
