The Boost team are not open at the moment and I am a fellow customer. If you post the problem being experienced here we can aim to help whilst Boost are closed.

If you're off supply right now the best option for you would be to call the Boost emergency line.

We are sending these payments out to successful applicants within 6 weeks of the application being accepted.

I'm soooo annoyed! I've been with ovo and then boost for years and yet now, they claim they haven't received my application!! I no longer have the email to verify but,surely they know their end who has applied and who should be receiving it.......apparently not ?! Not happy and will definitely not be recommending anyone else to switch to them!!

@Madness90 that’s very annoying. Do you have any evidence of your application at all? If so, send it over to us, and we’ll investigate what’s happened.

Many thanks for your response. Unfortunately, that's where the problem is....I didn't keep my messages and emails as I haven't needed to before. I was hoping when I explained that my correspondence could be looked at your end but,I was told there was no record kept! 140 pounds may not be alot to some but,to me,it would be a massive help especially as I've been furloughed at work.

You should be able to recover your deleted emails, @Madness90, they go into a folder there, we will have a record our end if there has been a successful application. I really do appreciate that £140 is a lot of money especially in these times. If you can find any evidence of the application please send it through to the team.
