Where has my credit gone?

I topped up yesterday with a fiver and today with 2pound but it's saying I only got less then 60p emergency please help I didn't realise I was with boost until I rang edf who I thought I was with and they told me I had be switched can someone help

Hi @Danni123, welcome to the forum!

It sounds like some of the credit went towards a debt.

There's a couple reasons you could have a debt on your meter, the most common one at this time of the year would simply be due to discretionary credit, or using your emergency credit.

Essentially, 70% of a top up will go towards paying off any outstanding debts you have on your account.
