*Breaking News* Smart meter stock issue - August appointments cancelled

Due to some stocking issues with the manufacturer of our smart meters, we’ve had to cancel all remaining smart meters appointments that are due in August.

We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

You’d be affected if:
  • You arranged for an installation in August
  • AND you’re getting both your gas and electricity replaced for smart meters.
You should receive an email or letter shortly to confirm it’s been cancelled, and we’re trying to call all the customers affected to re-arrange for a suitable time in September.

Whilst we're currently having stock issues with our 1st generation meters, we're installing 2nd generation meters to those who are interested.
