We’d thought we’d let everyone know that there’s been some scheduled downtime planned for the top up system for generation one smart meters on the night of 23/01/2021.
The system is due to be down from 8pm until 12am (midnight).
It’s likely this won’t affect many customers, but if you think you’re going to need to top up before this time, we advise you do so before 8pm. Ultimately, as you’ll be a smart meter customer, no matter your balance, you wouldn't be disconnected until 10am Monday morning, due to our friendly weekend non-disconnect period.
